Every store, with the metadata done properly.
Worldwide delivery, and the codes and metadata handled before anything goes out.
Distribution is only simple until a release is rejected for artwork size, a remixer is missing from the credits, or a track goes live under the wrong artist profile. Most of the damage happens in the metadata, and it is the part nobody reads until it is wrong.
I run a label and I distribute records, which is why this is not subcontracted. Codes, credits, artwork specs, release windows and store deadlines are checked before delivery, not after somebody notices.

Questions
Can you distribute a single track?
Yes, singles, EPs and albums, for artists without a label and for labels that want the delivery handled.
Do you take a cut of royalties?
The terms are agreed per release and put in writing before anything is delivered.
What about pre-orders and Beatport exclusives?
Both are planned with the campaign, because an exclusive window changes when the premiere and the promo should run.
