Luis VPRESTell me about your release

Services · 06

Sent to DJs who open it. Never "to 500 contacts".

Feedback you can quote, from DJs who actually opened the file.

Anybody can send a record to five hundred addresses. The number means nothing: it says how many were sent, not how many were opened, and a bought list is mostly dead addresses and spam traps. What matters is a served promo — the right DJs for that record, a download that works, and a reply.

That reply is the asset. Written feedback from names your label recognises is what goes in the campaign report, on the release page and into the next pitch.

What you get

  • A DJ list built for that record, by genre and by who plays it
  • A clean private stream and download that does not expire mid-campaign
  • Written feedback, collected and sent to you
  • Charts and plays tracked where they show up
  • Nothing sent twice to the same person

How it works

  1. 01The list is builtPer record. Genre, tempo, territory, and who has played you before.
  2. 02It is served, not blastedPaced, personal, and with the file ready to play.
  3. 03Feedback comes backCollected in one document you can quote from.

What it is not

It is not a promo pool where everyone gets everything, and the report will never count a send as a play.

Questions

How many DJs will get it?

As many as fit the record, which is usually far fewer than the number an agency will quote you. The list is built for the track, not reused.

Will I get feedback in writing?

That is the point of the service. You get what was said, by whom, ready to quote.

Can it go out before release?

Yes, and it should. Promo runs ahead of the date so the record is in bags on the day.
